RETURN POLICY

Strict 14 day EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY policy with orginal tags + packaging + receipt. If you do not have the original receipt, we will offer store credit for the lowest price in our system.

ONLINE EXLUSIVE / SOURCED ORDERS

Within 14-days upon proof of purchase with a receipt and original packaging, you are welcome to exchange your purchase or receive store credit to use in the future.  Any items purchased exclusively online or sourced will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued once the item(s) have been received and assessed.

HOLIDAY SALES POLICY

For the month of December, all sales are non refundable. Due to this busy season, we will not accept returns or exchanges until January. For the month of January, we will accept returns + exchanges, in original condition with tags and receipt, for Store Credit only.

SHIPPED ITEMS 

If you wish to send us back your item(s) please notify us in advance within the 14 day period - you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Store credit will be issued once the item(s) have been received and assessed. 

All Hunter Douglas Sales are FINAL. 

We would be more than happy to help you with any sizing questions by email or phone.  We also include full descriptions/sizing information on all items online as well.
