NEW RETURN POLICY FOR COVID-19 CRISIS

Due to COVID-19, we have a strict return policy. All soft surface items (ei. pillows, throws, rugs) are Final Sale. Items that can be sanitized and wiped down can be exchanged/store credit within 14-days upon proof of purchase with a receipt and original packaging. You are welcome to return your online purchase in-store. If you wish to send us back your item(s) please notify us in advance within the 14 day period - you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Store credit will be issued once the item(s) have been received and assessed. All Hunter Douglas Sales are FINAL. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Should an item go on sale within 48hours of purchase, it MAY be subject to a price adjustment. Please keep in mind we are a small business and cannot offer the same adjustment policies as large retail corporations. We appreciate your understanding and support. All discounted item sales are FINAL.

We would be more than happy to help you with any sizing questions by email or phone.  We also include full descriptions/sizing information on all items online as well.
